Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
Q: How do I get my goods once I have made the purchase.
A: Items are delievered in-game (either through your character's mail box or directly character-to-character) or through email. The particular method of delivery depends on what is being delivered. If in doubt, check the item's description. Each item we sell tells you how it will be delivered in the item description. If you are a new customer, we must first manually approve your order.
Q: How long does it really take to get new orders approved?
A: If you are a current customer and your account with us is in good standing for more than 30 days all orders will be approved instantly. If you are a new customer we will manually verify your order before it will be delivered to you. The current average time for an order to be processed is less than 20 minutes for first time customers. Current customers about 10 minutes. Fully trusted customers codes are sent instantly. The maximum that any order has waited in our queue over the last 30 days is 2.5 hours.
Q: How do I make an account so that I can log in?
A: All you do is make a purchase and your account is created automatically. There is a catch with this. Accounts are only given out to customers the site sees as trusted. For most people our system will send you your account information once you have been a customer for 30 days. The email it sends you will give you your login and password. It will also explain some new abilities you have been given with the site.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Our approval department is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week except for meal periods and company meetings.
Delivery of products happens usually between 4AM and Midnight, Pacific time. If you were approved outside of normal delivery hours, your delivery will be made the next time our delivery person is online.
Q: I didn't get the email receipt for my purchase(s). Can you please send it again?
A: Yes, we will be happy to manually resend any purchased codes to you at the Paypal email address used to purchase the codes.
Q: My order was refused. Why?
A: Due to the high rate of fraud we have to be careful who we have as customers. If for any reason your order looks like it may be from a stolen or otherwise compromised Paypal account we will error on the side of our safety and refund your order. You can help us by providing us with more information on your purchase by including your shipping address with your order. We are not going to ship anything to you but it is a positive item towards approving your orders.
Q: I want to buy multiple items but I can't figure out how to purchase more than one at a time.
A: Our system is setup for single purchases only for new customers. If you need more than one item you will just need to place separate orders. Once you are fully trusted by our system you will be offered access to our shopping cart.
Q: What is the affiliate program? I have a site, can I make money by being an affiliate?
A: Yes. Click here to join. You can earn a commission by putting a link on your site referring customers to the site here. Customers that click the link from your site that is created with the code that we provide to you will have a cookie placed on their system. This cookie tells our server that they came from your site. If they make a purchase you will be credited for the sale. The only exception to this is if they clear their cookies before they purchase or if they come back to purchase later and click a link to us from another site. If they click a link from another site then they will have the other sites cookie and no longer have yours.
